About us: TEN & TWO Studios a boutique nail & lash studio, a collective of independently owned & operated industry professionals. Services & hours may vary among our staff as they are not employees of TEN & TWO STUDIOS. A $25 service fee will be added to appointments requested outside of our business hours. Request will be honored if time & staffing permits. Walk-ins are welcome only if time and staff availability permits. Appointments are highly recommended. NO CHILDREN unless the child is previously booked for an appointment, clients arriving with children will be rescheduled & no additional guest or groups as seating in our studio is limited for clients. To ensure quality & timely service for you & the following clients, clients arriving late for scheduled appointments will be rescheduled for a later date. Clients with products ie gel, acrylic, dip powder will need to come 20 mins PRIOR to their appointment for removal. An additional charge will be added to remove all products applied outside of our studio. Gel polish is not infallible on the natural nail bed. Nail chemistry along with gel products & daily activity are all variables to premature lift or peal. However general wear is up to 7-10 days. Some clients are not good candidates for gel products and other nail care options are available. Lash extensions services are priced per a weekly basis. Clients will be charged per according to their last visit. Clients returning with no lashes for a fill will be charged for a full set. Payment options are CASHAPP, APPLE PAY, CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT GROUPON PROMOTIONS are limited to select services and cannot be combined with any other services or split among two or more persons. GROUPON Services consists of our basic spa mani & pedicure services but can be UPGRADED to our ultimate spa & manicure package for an additional cost. Clients purchasing multiple vouchers will use them for STUDIO CREDIT ONLY and client is responsible for paying the difference of the total cost. Expired online promotions are welcome as STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. Client is responsible for paying the difference for the service rendered. CREDIT or debit card is required for booking.
